How can I sum up 2016 in one word...eventful... Numerous celebrities passed away, Brexit, Trump presidency... However my year was much worse, my mother is a cancer patient (although can't be cured it can be "managed") and she underwent a clinical trial which had a small side-effect in a small majority of cases, that side-effect being her bowel rupturing and getting Septocemia. It took the ambulance over 2 HOURS just to get to where I live, due to the dispatch office making a monumental cock-up with diagnosis, however the paramedics knew exactly what was going on and got her into hospital at breakneck speed. Robot Wars has been rebooted for a six-episode long series on BBC2, unsure of start date or anyone hosting as yet, but Robochallenge a group that mostly helps with the Featherweight events in the UK, has been helping out with a 'bullet-proof' arena in Glasgow. personally I feel this has been long awaited, but what does everyone else think?
